Grab The Games: Besiege

I have to admit, I am really proud of this game. Not only because it is the work of only 2 people but also because they are offering one of the best and unique Alpha experiences I have played this year. What game I am talking about? But of course Besiege! Besiege is a physics based building game in which you construct medieval siege engines and lay waste to immense fortresses and peaceful hamlets.

Build a machine which can crush windmills, wipe out battalions of brave soldiers and transport valuable resources, defending your creation against cannons, archers and whatever else the desperate enemies have at their disposal. Create a trundling behemoth, or take clumsily to the skies, and cause carnage in fully destructible environments. Ultimately, you must conquer every Kingdom by crippling their castles and killing their men and livestock, in as creative or clinical a manner as possible!

The game offers more than just the chance to destroy everything in your path. First and foremost what really amaze me is that this alpha version of the game is bug free which is something rare for such an early stage of development and such a small indie team (well done Matt & Marco). Another thing that I loved is definitely the whole sandbox environment where the game is set and the art style in general is truly impressive and captivating. Furthermore, I loved that the game have a really unique idea and pretty much your creations and fun is endless so many choice to finish a level. Everything depends on you!

Also, I laughed really much with the sheep and the soldiers when they are burning or they are exploding it so funny. (The sheep are hating me btw they have died so many times haha) I also love how the physics are used in this game because every creation you make must respect the physics. Another amazing thing is that I haven't find any negative aspect even if I tried a lot. The game despite its early access has great potentials and a lot of things to do and worlds to discover.

To sum up, this game is totally recommended by me and the grabthegames team. It offers a lot of features, it is really polished and bug free. The price is really good and it offers lots of fun and hours of gameplay! So what's your excuse of not owning it?
