Grab The Games: Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1&2 Remastered
Another day, another review for our fans. Today, I couldn’t be more excited that I have my hands on a remastered version of a successful game franchise that is not only available right now but it also offers an enjoyable experience from the start. Of course, I am talking about Legacy Of Kain 1 & 2. We will present you how this title holds up against other titles of the franchise and if it is worth picking it up right now. But what is this game? Is it worth the hype? Stick around, and you will find out now. Let’s start by mentioning a few things about the game itself.
Experience the epic conflict of Kain and Raziel in its original form or with remastered graphics. Centuries after your former master, Kain, betrays and executes you, you rise again and embark on a relentless quest for revenge. Slay your former vampire brethren with your claws, bolts of telekinetic energy, and the elemental Wraith Blade. Grow stronger by devouring the souls of your enemies. The Elder God has granted you the ability to shift between the Spectral and Material Realms. Traverse the realms to solve puzzles, reveal new paths, and defeat your foes.
To begin with, the very first aspect that impressed me was the way the title introduced itself to the audience, with a great tutorial and starting adventure. The game is really fun and it is pretty easy to get used to as well! The game has also some really good graphics and a system that is really easy to get used to. The title is definitely a trip down memory lane and the nostalgia hits really hard. It is perfect in every way and I couldn’t be happier for the franchise.
As far as the negative aspects are concerned, I couldn’t find anything of great importance to mention. The game is simply mesmerizing and very easy to get the hang of it.The original title was definitely ahead of its time with characters and plot that were hard to find at that time. If you loved the original titles, you will definitely loved them even mroe now
To sum up, the game is definitely enjoyable with a lot of aspects worth mentioning. The price tag is right for what it offers and I can really recommend it to everyone who has played the original titles and to gamers who want a great trip down memory lane.
