Grab The Games: Little Devil Inside

Today I am really happy and proud to present you a deep and detailed view of one of the most anticipated indie games Little Devil Inside. First let me present you the story of the game. Little Devil Inside is fundamentally a survival action RPG set in an unrealistic world with realistic environments, interactions and emotions. This game is not about killing arch-demons and saving the world. As the devs said "we wanted to design a game where you take in the atmosphere and live a realistic life in an unrealistic world".

The basic scenario is that you are hired by a Professor who is investigating and studying unusual, concerning activities in the outside world to develop new technologies. As a member of his faculty, you are hired to go on risky missions (he may tag along on some) to investigate and bring back bits of information and/or artifacts for further study and analysis.

Little Devil Inside will have the features found in RPGs such as character traits, stats, weapon & armor upgrades but the focus of the design concept was not so much ON each of the features but HOW they can be delivered to the player so as to create that emotional link to keep the player immersed and make them live the game rather than just play it. These are really one of the most anticipated aspects of the game. Another aspect I loved is the minimalist of the title but a great attention to detail which offers a colorful result and a great feel and atmosphere. I am sure we all were speechless when we saw the trailer of the game.

Now let me tell you a few things about the studio behind it. Neostream originated back in 1998 as a multimedia company producing various multimedia content for a vast array of clients worldwide but our passion has always been in games. Although they have experimented with several game concepts in the past, it was always difficult to really focus and drive all their energy into game development whilst catering to daily business which in itself was no small task - at one stage running two studios in two different countries.

To sum up, we really can't wait to get our hands on this game. The game has been greenlit and it is now on a kickstarter campaign. Currently there are 2.237 backers and $140,027

pledged of the $250,000 goal. If you like the game you can support its campaign here:
