Grab The Games: Portal Knights

Finally Portal Knights is out of Early Access on Steam, a few weeks now, and I couldn't be happier not only that we have our hands on it but also that we are going to present you a full review of the title! But what is this game? Is it worth the hype? Should you pick it up right now or wait for it? Stick around and you will find out now. Let's start by mentioning a few things about the game itself.

Leave the familiar world behind and step into the fantastic unknown with Portal Knights, a cooperative 3D sandbox action-RPG! Level up your character and craft powerful gear to defeat your enemies in real-time tactical combat. Explore dozens of randomly-generated islands and restore peace to a world torn apart by The Fracture.

Craft your adventure. Forge your hero. Become the ultimate Portal Knight! To begin with, the very first aspect that really impressed me is the graphics and in general the art work of the title. They are really sharp and create an amazing atmosphere for even the most demanding players.

Moreover, I loved the fact that this is such a big and immersive world full of twists. You will have the opportunity to travel between randomly generated 3D sandbox worlds each one with unique environments, creatures, and resources for crafting. There are also random events with exclusive items and a really satisfactory set of classes to choose from. You can customize your appearance and gather your resources as well.

This game reminds me a lot of other games I loved like Trove for example but Portal Knights manages to create its own identity. Moreover, the game is really well polished, bug free with a huge content and replay value. As far as the negative aspects are concerned, the only thing I could think of that may discourage some players is the fact that the combat is a little bit swallow but that didn;t stop me from having sun and enjoying every aspect of it. There could has been more depth in it and get more complex as well. Multiplayer is also fun to play but i would like to have the chance to build a base for all my team members and each one of us could return anytime he wants to improve it and upgrade it.

To sum up, the game is really amazing despite the small negative aspects and is definitely worth picking it up. The story and the randomly generated worlds and events will keep it alive and you will definitely want to see how the story ends! I would suggest picking it up IMMEDIATELY.
