Grab The Games: Submerged

Today, I am really happy to present you a new relaxing and vivid indie game called Submerged by Uppercut Games! But let me present you first the game properly. Submerged is a third-person combat-free game in which you explore a mysterious flooded city and discover the beauty of desolation in vast outdoor environments.

You take on the role of Miku, a young girl who has brought her wounded brother to the city in their small fishing boat. Navigate the flooded city streets by boat, scale the drowned buildings, and use your telescope to scour the city for the supplies needed to save your dying sibling. As you explore the city at your own pace, you encounter the habitat that flourishes in this colorful place and discover hidden objects that piece together the story of a broken world and a broken family. The first aspect that will really impress you are definitely the graphics which are beautiful but simple so the game can run in all PCs. Another impressive think in my opinion is the vast open world. There is a whole new world you can explore with a lot of building and a vivid habitat as well. It is honestly a beautiful place with sunsets and sunrise really relaxing.

You can just stop playing and enjoy the animals, the view and the amazing sounds of the ocean and the soundtrack of the game too. Moreover, I liked the fact that there are hidden objects spread throughout the world and each of them can help you understand the story of the game better. Also, it is worth mentioning that there are certain parts that help you upgrade your boat and make it for example faster. I love also the quests in this game that for example you must find certain resources to cure your brother etc etc they are a good addition to the game!

However, there are some negative aspects I should mention. The first think is that even that the graphics are good sometimes it is like they are not sharp enough or full HD, this may be a thing in my pc as well. Moreover, controlling the boat is difficult because sometimes it goes way to fast and navigation seems impossible. Another negative for me is that there is no voice over on the main characters. It would be good if there were conversations and more cut-scenes between them. The story is really hollow and the gameplay is really repetitive same thing and climb over and over.

To sum up, the game is really relaxing and it offers an enjoyful experience for all ages despite the negative aspects that should be considered before buying. I recommend it to people who like good relaxing games with a lot of exploration aspects.
